Ravioli with Chicken and Walnuts

Recipe for making ravioli with chicken breasts fried with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and paprika, as well as walnuts and sage leaves.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts with Ribs – 1 Kilogram
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Peppers – 1 Teaspoon
  • Paprika – 1 Teaspoon
  • Onion Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Dried Thyme – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Mini Ravioli – 270 Grams
  • Walnuts – 40 Grams
  • Butter – 4 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Combine salt, pepper, red pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl.
  2. Then sprinkle the chicken breasts on all sides with the mixture so that the spices evenly cover the chicken. Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts, skin side down, and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown. Turn over and fry for another two minutes. Place the pot in the oven and continue baking for 25-30 minutes. Allow the chicken to cool for 5 minutes, then cut into pieces.
  3. Boil the ravioli in accordance with the instructions on the package, drain the water. Saute the walnuts in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the pan and chop.
  4. Rub a frying pan and melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. When the oil begins to brown, add the sage and fry, stirring constantly, for one minute. Add the ravioli immediately and stir. Add chicken pieces and chopped walnuts and stir. Garnish with the remaining walnuts on top and serve immediately.
