- 1 roll (s) puff pastry
- 100 g red cabbae
- 50 g bacon cubes
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 small apple
- salt and pepper
- some sugar, to taste
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 egg (s) for brushing

- Peel onion and chop finely. Peel, quarter and core the apple and cut into small cubes. Cut red cabbage (preferably a rest) into fine strips.
- Briefly fry the bacon cubes in a pan without fat. Add onion cubes and fry briefly. Add the apple and red cabbage to the bacon / onion mixture and stir-fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar, leave to cool.
- Take the puff pastry out of the packaging and roll up. Cut into 6 squares with a knife or pastry wheel. Place 1 spoonful of cream cheese on each of the squares and spread lightly. Spread the red cabbage filling on the cream cheese. Fold the corners of the dough in towards the middle, always brushing with a little whisked egg and pressing lightly.
- Place Golatschen on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush the surface with egg. Bake Golatschen in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
