Instructions

  1. If possible, process all ingredients cold. Put all ingredients in a container and stir well. Best in the order given, only add brandy or rum at the end, and make sure that the sauce does not become too runny but has flavor.
  2. If you want, you can add a few drops of Tabasco as a variation, but you shouldn`t taste it through! Then leave the sauce in a container with a lid in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
  3. Drizzle on hamburgers, grilled sausages or shrimp or use as a salad dressing.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
