- 2 cup rice
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can corn
- 1 tomato (s)
- some pickles
- Ready mix for salad dressing

- Boil the rice in salted water. During this time, dice the tomatoes and pickles and place in a bowl with corn, tuna and salad dressing. Mix the whole thing with the rice.
- The salad tastes best when you enjoy it before it cools down. If there are leftovers, I use them as an insert for sandwiches.
