Ingredients

  • 125 g mararine, soft
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 750 g apples
  • 2 packs pudding powder, (vanilla flavor)
  • 500 ml white wine, (Riesling, dry)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, add the remaining ingredients and work everything into a kneading dough. Line a greased springform pan with the dough, forming an edge. Wash, peel and chop the apples and cover the cake base with them.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with a little cold white wine and the sugar until smooth. Bring the rest of the white wine to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour hot over the apples. Bake the cake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 minutes. Let cool in the mold.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and spread it over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Remove the cake from the mold.
