  • 2 teaspoons rum, brown
  • 2 teaspoons almond (s), chopped
  • 2 teaspoons jam your choice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • butter
  • possibly marzipan
  • possibly dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Put the raisins in the rum. Wash the pear and place lengthways on a plate. Cut off a lid at the top of the thick side. Remove the core with a small ball cutter (for melon balls).
  2. Fill the cavity with a little butter, the raisins, the rum, the jam and the chopped almonds. Put the cover back on. Place very thin slices of butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Place the pear on a fire-proof surface and bake in the oven at 150 ° C for approx. 20 - 30 minutes (depending on the degree of ripeness). Tastes very good with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
