Ingredients
- 500 g inerbread, includin leftovers
- 250 g chocolate (cookin chocolate)
- 100 g jam, (to taste)
- 2 cl rum, approx.
- Desiccated coconut

- Crumble the gingerbread, moisten with rum. Soften the chocolate with jam in the micro, mix into the mixture, leave to stand for approx. 1/2 hour.
- Shape balls approx. 3 cm in diameter and roll them in coconut flakes.
