Ingredients
- 4 slices bread (black bread)
- 8 egg (s)
- 250 g North Sea shrimps
- 1 onion (s), (very finely diced)
- 4 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 tomato (s)
- butter
- Paprika powder, (hot pink)
- Chives, plentiful, fresh
- salt
- parsley

- Butter the bread slices. Place one slice at a time on a plate.
- Whisk the eggs. Season well with paprika and salt.
- Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the onion in it until golden. Add the washed crabs, sauté them, but be careful not to brown them.
- Pour whisked eggs over them. Put the lid on the pan and let the egg mixture set.
- Then distribute on the bread slices. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
- Cut the washed tomato into 4 slices. Cut the pickles in a fan shape.
- Garnish the sandwiches with a slice of tomato and a pickle each. Finally, sprinkle a little parsley on top as a decoration.
- Tastes just as good as a hearty breakfast or as a welcome change from an evening sandwich. And a small meal is quickly prepared for unexpected guests.
