Ingredients
- 175 g butter, soft
- 1 onion (s), finely diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bunch chives, finely cut into rolls
- Pepper, black, freshly ground

- Put all ingredients - except for the low-fat quark - in a bowl and mix with the dough hook of a hand mixer.
- Place the low-fat quark on a clean kitchen towel, wrap it in and squeeze out the liquid.
- Now add the quark to the bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Fold in the finely chopped chives.
- Spread to a dome on a wooden board and serve.
- Note: Liptov cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for several days in a plastic bowl with a lid.
