- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 150 grams sugar
- 300 ml vinegar
- 150 ml water
- salt and pepper
- possibly spice mixture (Turkish), hot
- Mustard seeds
- Herbs, dried

- Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices, as well as the onion and spring onion. Dice the garlic large.
- Put the garlic in glasses (jam jars), then layer a few slices of cucumber alternating with onion and spring onion in the glass.
- Bring the brew, consisting of water, vinegar, sugar and spices, to the boil. I also added hot Turkish spices.
- Pour the hot, boiled mass into the jars and close immediately.
