Ingredients

  • 6 onion (s)
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Then put the onion cubes in a bowl. Add the sour cream and crème fraîche. Pour in some cream over and over again. Stir again and again in between. You have added enough sour cream, cream and creme fraîche to create a thick cream.
  2. Finally, season the cream with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Add a dash of vinegar. Then you should cover the onion sauce and let it steep in the refrigerator for a little longer. Then you can consume them with potatoes from the beech wood fire and diced ham.
