- 1 glass milk
- 4 teaspoons, heaped semolina
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ butter
- possibly Nutella
- possibly chocolate
- possibly fruits

- Pour the milk into a glass, place in the microwave for about 1 minute at 900 watts and wait until the milk bubbles (boils). Then take it out of the microwave immediately and stir some cinnamon into the milk, depending on your taste.
- Then add the 4 (possibly 5) spoons of semolina, stir. Back in the microwave and cook for about 10 seconds (until the surface puffs up a bit). Then remove and stir in honey and butter.
- Tip: You can enjoy the whole thing with cocoa, cinnamon, pure, with sugar, Nutella or fruits such as nectarines or strawberries. Even with a piece of chocolate in semolina it tastes delicious!
