Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)

For covering:

  • 150 g butter
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 200 g flaked almonds
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream

Instructions

  1. The rinsed and well-dried sour cream cup is used to measure the sugar and flour.
  2. Mix the sour cream, sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs and vanilla sugar together. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and flaked almonds and stir in the milk. Spread the topping on the hot cake and bake the cake for another 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, pour the cream evenly over the cake.
