Ingredients
- 500 g spahetti
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mint, dried
- 40 g butter
- salt

- Cook the spaghetti as usual in salted water until al dente and drain. Mix the yoghurt with a little water, add the squeezed out garlic cloves and mint, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Then mix the yoghurt sauce with the spaghetti, pour the melted butter over it and serve immediately on preheated plates.
