Spicy Nuts for Beer

Homemade spicy nuts do not contain any flavor enhancers, only natural spices. Also, such beer nuts can be prepared for future use and stored in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • Peanuts, cashews, and/or almonds – 3 cups
  • Olive or other odorless vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin (cumin) – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Ground paprika – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. In a small bowl, combine nuts and butter. In another, small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the nuts and mix well.
  2. Put the nuts on a large baking sheet and flatten them in one layer. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and fry the nuts for about 15 minutes, stirring twice during this time. Let the roasted nuts cool, then pour the nuts for the beer into a tight-fitting container and refrigerate. Nuts can be refrigerated for up to two weeks. In total, it turns out 12 servings of nuts for beer, 1/4 cup each.
