Strudel with Peaches and Sesame Seeds

Summer fruit strudel is a great seasonal pastry. Peaches and sesame seeds are used as a filling in this recipe.

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Flour – 400-450 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • For filling:
  • Peaches – 6-8 pcs.
  • Sugar – 6-8 tbsp
  • Sesame – 3-4 tbsp

Directions

  1. Mix egg, milk, vegetable oil, salt and flour.
  2. Knead the dough, let it sit for 30-40 minutes.
  3. At this time, peel the peaches and cut into 0.1 cm thick slices.
  4. Turn on the oven.
    Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out the dough as thin as possible.
  5. Place the peach slices on top of the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds.
    Roll up the roll. Grease with oil on top, sprinkle with sugar and sesame seeds strudel with peaches.
  6. Bake strudel with peaches and sesame seeds for 30-40 minutes at 190-210 degrees.
