  • 100 g berries, as desired, fresh or frozen
  • Dough sheets for spring rolls, frozen
  • Oil, (frying oil)

Instructions

  1. Let the spring roll leaves thaw, under no circumstances put them in the oven or in the sun, as this will make the leaves too hard to roll. While the leaves are thawing, cut the fruit into small cubes, heat them with the vanilla sugar and about a quarter of the berries in a saucepan until the cubes soften a little.
  2. Remove one of the thawed leaves, cut in half and pile a little fruit filling on one end (not too much, otherwise you can no longer make rolls out of it), fold in from the sides and then from below and roll. Repeat the process until the fullness is used up.
  3. Heat the frying oil in the wok and fry the rolls in it until they are lightly colored. Alternatively, you can fry them briefly. Keep the rolls warm in the oven at 50 degrees. To serve, puree the rest of the berries with a little sugar (to taste) to make a sauce and serve on the rolls.
