Sweet Waffles

I really, really love sweet pastries. Absolutely any, with different fillers and cooking methods. The main thing is that it is tasty. And especially I love to try something new.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 400 Milliliters
  • Potatoes – 350 Grams
  • Flour – 400 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 100 Milliliters
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Baking powder – 2 Teaspoons
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract – 0.5 Teaspoons

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into small cubes and bake for about 20 minutes. Then mash it with a blender.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar.
  3. Beat eggs in another bowl. Next, pour milk, butter and vanilla extract into it.
  4. Now combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture and mashed potatoes. Heat the waffle iron.
  5. Pour the dough into a waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Serve with yogurt or syrup, garnish as desired. Enjoy your tasting
