  • 2 pork loin (s)
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 3 cups cream, 200 g each
  • 3 corner (s) processed cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoon spice mix (Swiss loin pot spice)

Instructions

  1. If necessary, peel the loin, cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices and season well with Swiss loin pot spices, fry on both sides and place in a greased, fire-proof dish.
  2. Dice Kochschicken and sauté in a pan with the chopped onion and garlic. Add the cream, mushrooms, processed cheese and approx. 3 tablespoons of Swiss loin pot spice (to taste) and simmer.
  3. Put everything over the loin slices in the tin and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
