Ingredients

  • 150 g salmon, smoked
  • 50 g tomato (s), dried pickled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g taliatelle
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the tomatoes and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Add a lot of salt to the pasta water and cook the tagliatelle in it until al dente.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic very briefly (1/2 minute). Add the cream, sun-dried tomatoes and chives, bring to the boil briefly and then reduce the sauce a little over a low temperature. Stir in the salmon and let it get hot, but don`t let the sauce boil anymore. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Drain the pasta, mix into the sauce and serve immediately. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
