Ingredients
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 large clove garlic
- 100 grams bacon
- 1 large can tomato (s)
- 2 handfuls noodles, small ones
- 1 ½ tablespoon tomato paste
- Broth, granulated
- water
- salt
- pepper
- 5 leaves lovage
- 1 cup cream
- some stalks parsley
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cut the bacon into strips, the onions and the garlic into small cubes. Fry the bacon until crispy, add the onions and garlic and sauté briefly. Add tomato paste and fry briefly. Chop the canned tomatoes and add them to the saucepan with the liquid. Fill the can with water and add this too. Season with broth, salt, pepper, sugar and chopped lovage leaves and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta separately. Finally, add the cream and pasta to the soup, season to taste again, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
