Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 6 medium egg (s)
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • liter ⅛ milk
  • Fat, for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Mix the fat, salt, vanilla pulp, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Put a small ladle of batter into a hot greased waffle iron. Bake about 12 waffles one after the other over medium heat until golden. Serve warm.
