Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillet (s), á approx. 130g (each type)
  • 400 g tomato (s), (preferably cocktail tomatoes)
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 4 slices ciabatta
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.5 piece ½ (s) lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fish fillets and drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  2. Puree a paste from onion, garlic, parsley, basil, thyme and a teaspoon of oil. Spread this on the fish.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into cubes, mix with the remaining oil, season with salt, pepper and add to the fish in the baking dish. Place the vegetables around the fish, do not cover it.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with ciabatta.
