Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 glass mineral water (it doesn`t necessarily have to be Vichy)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  2. Let the butter get hot in a saucepan. Add the carrots and season lightly with salt and honey (or sugar). Steam the carrots covered for a few minutes and then pour the mineral water over them.
  3. Finally serve garnished with the chopped parsley.
