  • 600 g carrot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • garlic
  • 3 stalks parsley
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots and cut diagonally into slices. Heat the butter, add the carrots and season with salt and sugar. When the carrots are nicely caramelized on both sides, cover and cook over a low heat with the unpeeled garlic for about 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped flat-leaf parsley and pepper. It`s ready to enjoy!
