  • Sugar – 60 Grams
  • Flour – 120 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Brown Sugar – 1.5 Cups
  • Nuts – 2 Glasses
  • Condensed milk – 150 grams
  • Butter – 200 grams (180 grams in caramel, 20 in dough)

  1.  To prepare the dough, combine eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl. Beat until smooth, add melted butter and add sifted flour.
  2.  Grease the waffle iron and heat it up properly.
  3.  Spoon the dough and fry the thin fried waffles.
  4. Set aside the finished waffles and let them cool well.
  5. To prepare the filling, you must first send the nuts to the blender bowl and chop. Then pass the crumb through a meat grinder to make it finer and more tender. You don’t need to use nuts in the recipe for making waffles with caramel, but the dessert will be even tastier with them.

  6. Put brown sugar in a frying pan and heat over low heat.
  7. Stir constantly to melt sugar evenly.
  8. When the sugar is completely dissolved and the caramel is liquid, you can, if desired, add a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon, for example, to this simple recipe for waffles with caramel.
  9. Add nut crumbs and mix gently
  10. Pour in condensed milk, stir and put butter in a frying pan.
  11. When the butter is completely melted, another couple of minutes and you can remove the caramel from the heat.
