Ingredients

  • 200 ml sunflower oil or other neutral oil
  • 50 ml Maggi
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 2 ½ tablespoon, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a tall container and use the hand blender or mixer to make a creamy sauce. The sauce should have a slightly thick consistency so that it sticks well to the eggs. If it is too thin, just add a little more mustard.
  2. Ideal with hard-boiled eggs, ideal for Easter.
