  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 50 ml oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 10 g bakin powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g suar for sweet douh, optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt for hearty dough, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Briefly heat the oil, water and butter in a saucepan. Remove the saucepan from the heat, add all the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon. Immediately turn the dough out of the pot onto the worktop and knead very little. It is not necessary for the dough to be even, the main thing is that it sticks together.
  3. Spread out the dough with your fingers in a size 28 shape and prick several times with a fork.
  4. Depending on the use, you can add grated hard cheese, saffron, oregano, dill, chives and the like to the dough. Vanilla, mastic and mahlab are suitable for sweet doughs. To color the dough, you can use tomato paste, beetroot juice or spinach.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then remove, fill and bake for another 20-30 minutes. If necessary, the tart can be filled with cold cream, then bake all at once until it turns golden.
