Ahi Poke Hawaiian Style Ceviche

Ceviche is a simple and at the same time unusual dish of fish and seafood that came to the world cuisine from Peru.

Ingredients

  • 450 gr. fresh tuna
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup limu seaweed, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Dice the tuna.
  2. Place in a large bowl and toss gently with tomatoes, seaweed, onion, oil, and red pepper.
  3. Add soy sauce, lime juice and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with a little fresh seaweed.
