Almond Cupcake

Almond muffin – a recipe for making quick homemade pastries for tea.

Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup starch
  • powdered sugar (for decoration)
  • 2 tbsp of oil (for greasing forms)
  • 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of flour (for sprinkling the molds)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, doubling their volume.
  2. Beat the softened butter.
  3. Add sifted flour and starch, chopped almonds and eggs, beaten with sugar to the butter.
  4. Mix the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven. Grease the muffin molds with butter and sprinkle with flour (shake off excess flour). Put the dough into the prepared forms.
  6. We bake almond muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool the finished almond muffins and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
