Ingredients
- 300 g apples
- 8 date (s), dried
- 2 tablespoon cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 tablespoon water

- Wash, halve, core and dice the apples. Cut the dates. If necessary, chop the cashew nuts and toast them beforehand. Simmer the apples, dates, sugar and water in a saucepan for a few minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. Add the cashew nuts, fill into bowls and serve.
- Goes well with ice cream or pancakes.
