Ingredients

  • 210 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 450 g apples
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 30 g hazelnuts, round
  • 30 g raisins
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 30 g jam

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and 1 tablespoon. take it off and set it aside.
  2. Knead the flour, cheese, butter, sugar and egg into the dough, chill.
  3. In the meantime prepare the filling, peel and core the apples and finely chop them, add all the other ingredients and mix everything well.
  4. On a well floured board, roll out the dough to approx. 40 cm, cut into 2 parts, one part should be approx. 4 cm wider.
  5. Place the narrower strip on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread the apple filling along the center, and brush the edges thinly with egg. Cut into the remaining strip, place over the strip with the apple filling and press the edges on, brush with the remaining egg, bake at 160 ° hot air for about 30-35 minutes.
