Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the rusks in a bowl and pour milk over them so that the bottom of the bowl is well covered. Let the rusks soak a little, turn and soak again a little.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat with butter. Put the rusks in the pan and fry on both sides until they take on some color. Pour the scrambled eggs over it and let it set a little.
  3. Turn the rusks one by one and let them set again. Repeat this process until the egg is completely set.
  4. This dish is a great dish for kids that goes very quickly! Also like for breakfast or a warm evening meal.
