Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 200 g butter
- 175 grams sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 kg apples, sour, crumbly (e.g. Boskoop)
- 50 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla flavor

- Knead a shortcrust pastry from the flour, butter, sugar, the egg and the grated lemon peel and chill for an hour.
- Line the bottom and edge of a springform pan with it, leaving the batter for the grid. Peel the apples, cut into pieces, mix with the sugar and lemon juice. Prick the pastry base several times with a fork, then distribute the apples on top.
- Mix eggs with milk, sugar and pudding powder and pour over the apples.
- Roll out the remaining dough and cut into strips with a pastry wheel. Place in a grid on the cake.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 50 minutes.
