Ingredients
- 700 g zucchini
- 140 g avocado (s)
- 150 g tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- For the pasta, use a vegetable peeler or spiral turner to turn the zucchini into pasta. Heat the zucchini noodles in a pan or saucepan over low heat.
- Peel the avocado and mix with the lemon juice to a cream. Cut the tomato and spring onion into very small cubes and fold into the pasta with the avocado cream in the pan.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
