Baked Chicken Necks in Tomato-Soy Marinade with Garlic

I propose a budget recipe – chicken necks in the oven. Chicken necks are marinated in soy sauce and tomato paste with the addition of garlic and ground peppers, then baked in the oven. Simple and delicious!

Cook: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken necks (without skin) – 500 g
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 0.3 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground red pepper – 0.3 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. We wash and dry the chicken necks with paper towels, put them in a bowl. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic, salt, black and red ground peppers to a bowl with chicken necks. You can also add your favorite chicken seasoning.
  2. Stir so that the necks are evenly covered with spices, and send them to the refrigerator to marinate for 20 minutes (or as long as time permits. If you are in a hurry, you can bake right away). We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  3. Transfer the marinated chicken necks to a baking dish and send them to the preheated oven. We bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees (be guided by the characteristics of your oven). After 30 minutes, you can turn the chicken over to the other side to brown on both sides.
  4. The baked chicken necks are ready. We serve them hot.
