Banana Cupcakes

Very flavorful and delicious banana muffins, everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • Banana (pulp) – 100-200 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Flour – 250 g
  • Soda (extinguished with vinegar) – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Soften the oil at room temperature.
  2. Grate banana.
  3. Beat butter with sugar and add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add banana puree and baking powder, as well as vinegar slaked soda.
  5. We introduce flour in two stages (you may need it a little more or less, depending on its quality).
  6. We lay out the dough for muffins in forms, filling them in 2/3.
  7. Place the banana muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
  8. We bake muffins until golden brown or dry toothpicks.
  9. You can cut out the center, fill the banana cupcakes with the filling, and garnish with a cream cap.
