- Soften the oil at room temperature.
- Grate banana.
- Beat butter with sugar and add eggs one at a time.
- Add banana puree and baking powder, as well as vinegar slaked soda.
- We introduce flour in two stages (you may need it a little more or less, depending on its quality).
- We lay out the dough for muffins in forms, filling them in 2/3.
- Place the banana muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
- We bake muffins until golden brown or dry toothpicks.
- You can cut out the center, fill the banana cupcakes with the filling, and garnish with a cream cap.
