Basil Sandwich

Basil sandwich is made from slices of whole-grain bread. For the filling, tomatoes, basil, eggs, olives are taken.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Fresh basil
- Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
- Whole grain bread – 4 slices
- Butter – 100 g
- Black pitted black olives, chopped – 3 tbsp
- Salt – 2 pinches
How to make an egg and basil sandwich:
Directions
- Chop the greens.
- Add butter at room temperature. Mix.
- Salt. Stir again.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
- Peel and finely chop the eggs.
- Spread two slices of bread evenly with butter and basil.
- Put chopped eggs on one slice of bread.
- On the second, chopped olives.
- Gently lay the tomato slices on top of the eggs.
- Place both slices of bread together with the filling inside. Cover the egg and basil sandwich with a towel and gently crush with a rolling pin.
- Trim off the crusts. Slice the sandwich.
