Ingredients

  • 125 g spelled flour
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 tablespoon grated chocolate or coconut flakes, ground nuts,
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the two types of flour, the baking powder and the chocolate flakes in a bowl. Now add butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, eggs and milk. Stir for 2 minutes on low, then on medium.
  2. Then put everything in paper cases. Wash, clean, cut the fruit and place on the dough. Place the molds on a baking sheet and place in the oven, bake for approx. 15 - 20 minutes at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat). You can also put the molds in a muffin tin.
  3. Perform the chopsticks test, take the finished muffins out of the oven and let them cool down. Dust the cooled muffins with a little powdered sugar.
