Ingredients

  • 250 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest
  • 0.5 bag ½ dry yeast
  • 350 ml soy cream
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 50 g mararine

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, lemon zest and yeast. Mix the soy cream (slightly warmed) with the margarine and sugar. Beat the liquid under the flour mixture until bubbles appear, let rise for 1 hour, stir again.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of batter into the preheated waffle iron and bake for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. If you stick to the above amount of sugar, tomato and cucumber as a topping but of course jam or the like also taste good.
