Bruschetta with Dry-Cured Beef and Pickled Onions

Bruschetta with dry-cured beef and pickled onions – a detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 head of shallot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • Butter
  • Dried beef “Bresaola”

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, combine shallots, olive oil, rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Leave on for 10 minutes. marinate.
  3. Spread butter on chilled slices of bread. Top with beef, sprinkle with pickled onions. Sprinkle with marinade.
