Ingredients
- 500 g chicory
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice it
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 40 g raisins

- Soak the raisins in water. Peel off the chicory leaves, remove the stalk if necessary, cut in half lengthways and cut into strips approx. 1 cm wide.
- Put the chicory and soaked raisins in a bowl. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix everything. Sweeten with sugar (amount according to taste).
