Ingredients
- 150 g corn, canned
- 150 g kidney beans, canned
- 1 shallot (s), diced
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 1 green pepper (s), diced
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), green, diced
- 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt
- Pepper, green, red, black, mixed

- Put everything in a bowl and stir. We may eat a warm herb baguette or roasted rye bread.
- Tip: You can change the amount of oil and balsamic vinegar as you like. If you want more dressing, just add a dash of water. Season it again, of course.
