Ingredients

  • 150 g apple
  • 150 g pear (s)
  • 100 g celery
  • 2 tablespoon mustard (delicacy)
  • 150 g yourt (cream yourt)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon onion (s) (pearl onion), from the glass
  • 300 g crabs
  • 5 g walnuts, chopped
  • Salad (radicchio leaves), to serve
  • Dill for garnish
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the apple, pear and celery into thin slices. Mix the mustard, cream yoghurt, sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper with the dill. Mix the sauce with the apples, pears, pearl onions and crabs. Arrange on the radicchio leaves and sprinkle with the walnuts and dill.
