- 8 egg yolks
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml vodka or double grain
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Insert the beater and stirrer insert, put all ingredients in the mixing bowl. Setting: level 6, 70 degrees, 10 minutes
- Pour the egg liqueur through a fine sieve again and fill into bottles while still warm. The bottles should be sterilized briefly with hot water beforehand.
