Fruit Salad with Apricots

Fruit salad is a wonderful dessert. Nice and tasty. By choosing fruits according to the season, you can always get something new. Plus, making fruit salad is beneficial. Well, how do you split one mandarin or one kiwi among all family members? And the salad is enough for everyone.

Ingredients

Kiwi – 1 pc.
Nectarine – 1 pc.
Apricots – 6 pcs.
Strawberries – 6 pcs.
Thick cream (you can take sour cream) – 150-200 g
Sugar or powdered sugar – 120-150 g
Cognac or rum (for adults) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

Wash all the fruits and dry them with a napkin. Cut the apricots and nectarine and remove the seeds. We clean the kiwi.
Cut the fruit into pieces. Leave a little for decoration, and mix the rest. You can sprinkle with cognac.
Fruit salad can be put in bowls in portions or in one common salad bowl.
Whip sour cream or cream with sugar or powdered sugar.
Put the sour cream mixture on the fruit with a spoon or squeeze it out with a pastry syringe. Decorate with the remaining fruit.
It is advisable to refrigerate the salad for 1-2 hours. The cold fruit salad is especially delicious.
The fruit salad is ready.
