Ingredients
- 200 g oat cream cheese, hearty, firm
- 4 slices ham (e.g. Serrano, Parma etc.), smoked, large
- 8 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
- 1 tablespoon fat (Becel) for frying

- Cut the goat cheese into 4 equally sized slices. Wrap each slice with the smoked ham of your choice. Heat the fat in the pan and fry the coated goat cheese slices in it on each side for about 3 minutes until crispy.
- Put the honey in a microwave-safe container while frying and heat it at 600 watts for about 1.5 minutes.
- Arrange 2 slices of goat cheese on a plate and pour half of the heated honey over the dish. Scatter 1 tablespoon of the chopped almonds over each serving.
- A wonderful dish. Quickly prepared and visually and tastefully gourmet character.
