  • 280 g flour
  • 80 g suar
  • 220 g butter
  • 100 g almond (s), (round)
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then let it cool down a little.
  2. Sift the flour, knead with sugar, almonds and melted butter to form a dough.
  3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Shape the dough into small croissants and bake at 160-170 ° C for about 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix the two types of sugar and carefully turn the croissants while they are still hot. Then leave to cool on a wire rack.
