Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 115 grams sugar
- 115 g suar, brown
- 1 medium egg (s)
- 180 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 60 g chocolate, chopped
- 40 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- possibly peanut butter as required

- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Melt the butter in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Stir in the sugar with the peanut butter. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Then quickly add the egg and stir in well. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and stir gently with a wooden spoon until everything is well mixed. Fold in the walnuts and chocolate or simply sprinkle over them and press in lightly.
- Place the pan with the batter in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. When the giant biscuit is lightly browned, it`s done. Like most cookies, it should definitely be a bit soft in the middle, because it becomes even firmer when it cools down.
- Vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce topping go perfectly with this biscuit.
- Tip: Instead of walnuts and chocolate drops, cranberries, almonds, coconut, pistachios and smarties can also be added or sprinkled on top. Depending on your wishes, it`s your giant chocolate chip cookie after all.
