Instructions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut into small cubes or rings, except for the tomatoes. Dice the goat cheese.
  2. Put all the vegetables together with the beef and goat cheese in a bowl, season with oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the vegetables on top. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 40 minutes.
